Building a child's artistic skill set through a series of projects that involve the observation of colour, form and perspective. All materials provided

Meditation, reiki, silent unconscious paint. This 2 hour monthly class is guided by energy healer Rupi Saran as she guides participants through meditation and light, opening passages to unblock the creative flow. 

Starts with guided meditation, 1 hour of collaborative painting with reiki application, and 15 min of debrief. Ideal for all creative types.
